We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the nearby Hartford Marriott Downtown for our guests, at a discounted rate. The group rate is available for Friday October 11th, 2024 and/or Saturday October 12th, 2024. Please use the WEBSITE link below at your earliest convenience, to book your stay with the group rate.
If all rooms in the block are reserved and you still need to book, we will add more rooms so long as the hotel has capacity. Should you have any questions, please reach out to either Max or Kaleigh directly.

We will provide shuttle service for hotel guests to and from the venue. Please see the schedule below:
To the Pond House:
Shuttles depart from the hotel to the Pond House at 5:15PM and 5:30PM.
Return to Hotel:
Shuttles depart from the Pond House to the hotel at 9:30PM, 10:30PM, and 11:30PM.
